That of Masciaghi Brothers is a typical story of Italian entrepreneurship. When Masciaghi was born in 1967, it was a small de facto company, an artisan company that occupied a covered area of 500 square meters in the municipality of Monza, where travel bicycles are manufactured and sold and the same founders are the working employees. Seven years later, in 1974, Fratelli Masciaghi moved to Cavenago Brianza. 1994 is a fundamental date because Fratelli Masciaghi, which has recently acquired ownership of the "Fausto Coppi" brand, decides to enter the world of racing: it is a door that opens wide to international success.In 2005 the F.lli Masciaghi acquires the prestigious brand 'Girardengo' and creates a new 'bicycle range' to complement the existing ones.In 2006 the company adds to the collection the 'Frejus"used throughout the country to diversify its range.It is the 2010 when the first 'folding microbikes' began to be produced, folding bicycles designed for short distances but comfortable because they can be folded and thus become easy to transport in the trunks of cars, in camper vans, on boats, very useful for small journeys and quickly became a high-consumption means of transport. A few years go by and the company launches a new product line, thus the "Gloria" of the famous brand CICLI GLORIA MILANO, which comes alive again thanks to this new collection. Simple and elegant bicycles inspired by the traditions of 'old Milan', taking their name from some of the areas of the Milanese city. More recently, the company has taken on a new challenge, aimed at sustainability and the new possibilities of electric power, and the modern E-Bike line was born, bicycles with assisted pedalling, useful and versatile both in the city and on the most demanding trails.In 2023, Fratelli Masciaghi sees the beginning of a new phase in its life cycle, with the transfer of ownership to PE Industrial, which, with the commitment of managers and entrepreneurs Paolo Baretta and Enrico Gianotti, promises a renewed interest in the sustainable mobility and the Italian artisan-manufacturing tradition, with an eye always focused on the future and with a strong history of successes and victories. This is the story to date, the future one has the expansion and affirmation of the various products throughout the national and international territory as its primary objective.
